EXCELLENCE IN JEWISH AND ISRAEL EDUCATION

At The Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Leaders Assembly 2018, in front of nearly 800 attendees, Camp Kinneret-Biluim was recognized with two awards. Our Associate Director, Shoshi Rothschild, received the Excellence in Jewish Education Award, and our camp received the Excellence in Israel Education award. We are so proud of the work that we do to further the Jewish and Israel education at our camp and are honoured to be recognized for our achievements

CAMPER & PARENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

Each season, we invite our campers and their parents to complete our Camper Satisfaction Insights Survey. We use the results to ensure that we constantly improve and go from strength to strength. This approach ensures that each subsequent season is the BSE (Best Summer Ever)! Over seventy Jewish camps from across North America participate in this survey each year and we are proud of the fact that we consistently rank at the top!

Camp Kinneret-Biluim recently participated in the Foundation For Jewish Camp’s Staff Satisfaction Insights Survey (SSI). The SSI is used to help capture feedback from staff members, measuring staff satisfaction and their overall experience at camp. 94% of our staff team (counsellors, specialists, shlichim, etc.) responded to the survey.
 
Out of 30 participating camps, Camp Kinneret-Biluim had significantly higher ratings across the board. Our “overall work environment” was rated at 98% coming in at 20 points above the camp average!
 
Our goal each season is to set all of our staff members up for success. Their success ensures that all of our campers enjoy a transformative experience and this ultimately makes for a truly rewarding work experience.
